Desert Rat
The Desert Rat is a daring cocktail that mixes Mash & Mallow with sweet vermouth and chili chocolate bitters, offering a spicy kick that's both sweet and fiery, perfect for those who enjoy a bit of heat.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Mash & Mallow Whiskey
- ¾ oz Sweet vermouth
- ½ oz Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
- 2 dashes Hella Mexican Chocolate Bitters
- 1 dash Hella Smoked Chili Bitters
Garnish
Garnish with Cherry/Ancho Chile.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in mixing glass.
- Stir with ice.
- Serve up in a coupe glass or on the rocks in a double old fashioned glass.
